Healer epic Niswen doesn´t spawn

Like the title says, I´m currently stuck on the quest "Decoding the Map" step #3.

I need to seek out Niswen, he´s supposed to spawn near Ralsen at about 25k 62k Myrkwood forest (location is confirmed by three other healers). I´ve been checking that place frequently for two days now, only finding Ralsen which I killed a few times to maybe force a spawn.

Hopefully a gm can take care of this.

Server restart made Niswen spawn, step done and dusted.

Can be closed.
