Good afternoon all,

I am a returning player after a long break and was looking to get back in, however, I'm experiencing some issues with the patcher.

The error is titled: Patcher encountered an unhandled exception

Something went wrong during patching. Sorry -- We
encountered this error:

Failed to download file
"frontiers/zones/zone254/tex254.mpk": One or more errors occured.(<-- many different file names)

An exception occurred during a WebClient request.

I have looked up and down forums for a fix to this and this is also not an identical error message either.

Seems that there's a(n) different error message, in the 10+ times I've tried to patch this.

Please help?

You're having trouble accessing the downloads from the server. I've tested the file listed and it does indeed patch correctly. Please ensure you've followed our guide in "How to connect" and whitelisted our patcher in your antivirus. You may also need to check your firewall to ensure you're not blocking requests to *.uthgard.net

Funny thing is, I just kept on re-doing the patcher over and over again until it finally worked.

So to anyone receiving these messages and error codes.. just have some patience, and keep doing it over and over until it patches correctly.
