New computer but some freeze on game

Hi, I have a problem, i bought a new computer (Ryzen 9 16go ram rtx3060 SSD), clean install daoc, uthgard launcher, but i have some freeze when i move my toon. Any tips please ? (Nvidia drivers are the last one, nvidia display contener disable, mouse tray slider disable ... widowed ou full screen is same, i'm lost.

Thanks for your answer but after disabling game mode, the game always freeze/lag, like a graphic card not fast enought.
No problem on other game, world of tank run at 200+ fps on ultra mode.
