Sounds like bobsui is modifying files in the atlantis ui folder that we maybe aren't pushing via the patcher assuming that they wouldnt need to be...
if you want to give it a go try it without bobsui after a fresh install |

Same issue without Bob's loaded and fresh install.

This issue has nothing to do with Bob's. Refresh downloads play fine. Log out , game is FUBAR.

Situation is the same. Fresh install use Bob's or don't it's fine. Log out it's Fubar.
