hi, i have a midgard char that i've not used in the past 3 years, the char exist in the herald but i cant login this account.

i try to login but everytime i wrote the mail login.. he started a new account.. and no recover psw is possible (i have the old psw)

there is a way to solve this?

Hello and welcome back :)

Did you have your chars on Uthgard 1 ?
This is Uthgard 2.T
here was a complete server restart and all chars from Uth 1 were deleted

thanks for reply, is an uthgard 2 char, a lvl 38 bonedancer and some other char..

there is a way to recover my account starting from the main char? (i suppose the char exist.. until i see it on herald)

About one year ago there was a new login scheme and all mail based passwords were resettet.
But there was a password recovery option and I have got a mail to make a new pw.

Best would be to write a PM to Abydos.
If you don't have a reset option, he is the only one who can help you.
