House porch question

I bought a house for 1 plat, but did not have enough money for the veranda. Is there any way to add a porch later, or do I have to sell the house, then rebuy it with a veranda?

OK, thank you for the info, but I was looking at the menu and could not find the option inside the house, or outside the house (I found a garden menu)

You have to buy the porch deed at the merchant who sells house deeds. Then draw the deed on your house.

Thanks very much! I just read a housing tutorial and I think I am ready to figure out the rest. Now to make some more money...
