Problem with Issue Tracker

Hello,
some time ago, my game login was switched from Microsoft to Google, as the Microsoft login is known to no longer work on Uthgard. In this conversion (which has worked properly) my Issuetracker account seems to have been lost. I was no longer able to access my reported issues and do not see them anymore under "my issues". I did not notice this immediately and reported a new bug in the meantime (# 4885). Only this one is displayed under "my issues". When I realized that my old Issuetracker account was lost when my game login was switched, I reported it to Blue. He has obviously changed something, since I can no longer access the issue # 4885 (I would like to reopen it because the bug has occurred again). However, I still can not access my old reported issues. For example, Issue # 4634 was reported by me before the account change, now the creator of this Issues is shown with the name "e9r". None of my characters has that name:) However, when someone answered there recently, I got an email that someone answered my issue. So this old issue seems now to be bound to my account again, but under wrong name AND its not shown under "my issues". So something seems to have gone pretty wrong with my Issue tracker acount. My old, reported Issues are still not bound correctly to my Account (wrong, weird name for opener and not shown under "my issues) but the issue i reported after account switch is also not accessable for me anymore) I told this to Blue per pm, but he has not read his pm for a while it seems. thank you for your answer. But it seems youve missread my Problem? My Hotmail Account has been migrated to a Google Account successfully many month ago, that is not the problem. Its just about that my Issue Tracker Account got corrupted or lost in this process and that i cant access my old reported Issues anymore, nor keep track of them or even close them. Perhaps I misunderstood - i thought the issue was you couldnt find old reports linked to your account? Have you tried reporting new ones?

thank you for your answer! Well the Problem is a bit complicated. Its correct, that i can report new Issues or reply to existing issues, others have opened. Its also correct, that i dont see the list of my old Issues and that all Issues i opened or replied to before the accountmove, are saved under the Account Name "e9r", which obviously never was my Name... it seemed just generated randomly from your system at the point of my move by Blue from Microsoft to Google. The thing is, that i have no insight into the process or the results of the pending repair of this Problem. IDK if Issues that i open or reply to now, will still be under my Account after the fix is done. I dont want to risk loosing my "process log" again. So i wait until and hope for the fix to be done, before i create or reply to Issues... just to keep it simple. In the meantime you can use 'all issues' and look for a keyword this way rather than google search
