Was there a server reset?

Hey all, I played on Uthgard a few years ago. Now I have to log in with an email. In my password managing tool there is only a forum password. Was I able to log in with that years back? Was there a wipe or is there a way to get access to my chars. Some kind of migration. I tried to find a thread about it but I did not succeed.

yes there was a server reset. like 2 years ago. sorry mate but everything u had before is long gone
