Unable to login using Microsoft authentificationRecently Microsoft changed their authentication API which we currently not supported yet. To regain access to your account please follow these steps: - Sign out with your Microsoft account
- Create a new Account using a non-Microsoft identity provider (e.g. Google, Facebook).
- Sign in with your newly created account and visit: Manage Account
- Navigate to the "Reserved Character Names" register
- Enter your Microsoft email address and click "Confirm Email"
- Open your Microsoft inbox to confirm linking your Microsoft account to the newly created account
- Click "Play" and visit the realm selection once to finalize the account creation
- Contact an Uthgard Staff member using IRC or PM and provide your Microsoft and newly created email address
- We will then perform an identification check as well as an update to your Account
- When everything was successful you will then be able to access your Account using the newly created email address
Note: Please do not post any of your email addresses publicly on our forums. This may reveal your personal information like name and surname.
