Fjall / seer epic quest

Have been looking for Fjall several days now. According Abydos he was working porperly. But Fjall did not leave the fenrir camp the whole time. So my question: The position of Fjall is now static in the fenrir camp? If so, please update the seer epic quest, cause Fjall will not patrol the area between fenrir camp and Vindsaul anymore

this is an issue i already had with several mobs
 sometimes they roam their path as intended sometimes they are static at some point on this path. FX Ukobat or Kobil, the werewolf named Ove at Askheim... |

Fjall's pathing maybe not working right, but he is still quite killable. And is at his spawn point and killing him, should still grant credit.
