Creating an account

I am in process of downloading the client and working on the getting started steps, I clicked the link to create my account and sign in with my openID (outlook) and read through rules and ToS and such but there is no create button and the check box acknowledge I read them does nothing. Tried in 2 different browsers.

The checkbox does nothing if you did not read the rules. That is intended.

I did, but apparently its an issue of time, I read faster than it likes I left it for a while and it finally clicked and created
