Do you only have the m2? Try another disk drive. You could also try running procmon and correlating system activity to when a slowdown occurs.

somebody know how to uninstall Microsoft .NET Framework ? because my version is newer then the recommended Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6. maybe that is the reason for my problems.

.NET framework is not required by DAOC once you are in the game. Windows 10 comes in with a newer version of .NET framework (4.7) and it is built in and cannot be removed. In any event, it is unrelated to any slowdowns once daoc has launched.

Do you have a monitor greater than 60hz? (120 and 144 are somewhat common now)

if so click the + on homepage, go to launcher settings, and choose 'increase framerate to 120hz'

If that was already selected, try unselecting it.

If you have NVIDIA shadowplay enabled (or similar features with AMD) try disabling it.

Try playing with your onboard video and see if your problem goes away, if so, then you can point finger directly at your video card/drivers.

Not sure if I am late to the party here but, I was having this problem when using both my cards in SLI. If you are, try disabling SLI in Nvidia settings daoc does'nt need that much power anyway and you won't even feel it on a new rig. Not sure if Crossfire experiences the same.
