I have a wife and 4 children. Have accounts for self, wife, and two children.
Not sure why but the children's accounts when logging in get message accounts are temporarily suspended and account status is in good standing. Been in that state since beginning of November.
We make sure they are not bothering other players, only play together, and sometimes they played with a cousin who has his own account.

All they do is take turns leveling each others characters with necromancers, salvage, and trinket.

All family members have to be on the same realm.
All accounts logged have to have an active player behind a computer, you can't do AFK PL.
Can't have 2 accounts logged on the same computer.

I'm afraid that's against the rules. Account sharing is not allowed.

2. Access to the game server and in game behaviour
Players are limited to one master account. Thus, ownership of more than one master account is prohibited.
Account sharing and account trading is not allowed.

Figured so :)
Just easier than making new account for him as well.
But thats what I'll do then if he wants to play.

Wife and I play on mid. Kids play on alb. But we never play at the same times as kids. So is that the problem?
Don't want someone guessing why. Would like someone who actually knows exactly what is going on, how to resolve it.

Kids are not afk PLing. They may not be giving computer 100% attention while being PL but are by their computer.
I've warned them that if a GM sends them a message that they need to reply back or could be banned from game while being PL.

Under Status it don't give reason. Says account is in good standing. Never once had anything different.

Will Transferring all accounts to same realm fix this problem or is this something Support will need to look into and decide.

The account is healthy msg is bugged. Not sure why they have it, since it is not connected to anything.

The problem is that the GM's have no way of knowing if you are playing your kids account when you feel like playing alb, thereby circumventing the realm transfer timer.

And gotta add, that if you play on same IP, or have mixed the IP at any time, expect to get either pair of your accounts permabanned.
Imo, would be easier to delete 2 of the accounts, so you don't get any ban on your main accounts.

This is why forums are useless for information. To many people that actually don't know the actual facts, randomly make wild guess, thinking they know the answer, and others having to ask their questions even if they are not relevant.

Looked on banned board and account names are not listed.
Don't see a point in allowing kids to play from time to time if there is going to be constant issues.
Much easier to have them play a different game.

I've been playing since last part of January and my highest level is 32. That is because I don't play that much because of my schedule. It will take me years to reach L50.
The people they need to really worry about are those with multiple L50s.

The big joke about this is I run into people all the time on midgar using bots. Shaman RM Healers. See them in exp groups, admitting and telling everyone in group it is their bot.
Yet none of these players get banned. They continue to do these things daily.
Look how little I play and still I run into someone with a bot almost each time I play.

If you feel annoyed by bottlers you can always /appeal and gms will take care of it.
Still not convinced your story is true, guess gms had the same impression :(

Play same realm, and all be actively playing. Then you willnot have much problems.

But it does seem weird to me the:
"Kids play different realm"
"We don't play at the same time"

Might be a true story, but smells funny to me, and will also smell funny to GM's.

I am trying to be helpful, I can't ban people.

in many threads they already stated, that family member need to play in the same realm.

viewtopic.php?f=9&t=43901&p=435810&hilit=family+realm#p435810

As long as you are both active and playing the same realm there should be no problem.
A GM might check and test you some time in the future, but as long as you are two individual players you will pass.

you need to admit, that no GM can really make sure, that its not you+wife playing alb+mid or?

even in the rules you can see this:

How do I set up my family to play Uthgard together?

Each family member playing on a separate computer should have their own Master Account.
For ease, each of you should play from the same computer each time; switching between computers might cause you to be locked out of your accounts temporarily.
Please make sure that if you are playing together and one of you goes AFK that they log out. Not doing so risks you as being considered a buff bot, which is a rule violation.
Players playing from the same IP that look suspiciously like buff-bots will be tested periodically!

you should write a PN to Genjiro, Gnome or Abydos to ask whats up with your accounts if you dont want to get normal ppl like us response in your topic :)

I've sent private messages to Genjiro, Gnome or Abydos and they do not reply back. Been two months now and still no reply.
It's been nice not having the kids use our computers these past months.
I've checked account status and it still is at good standing no violations. lol
