Kelic (Midgard) Bugged?

Im doing my last step ion my Epic quests.. KIll Kelic but i can't find him at the Loc 33000 - 9000 or around.. they are only Servant of Kelic's.. :?:

as far as i remember kelic is not a fast respawn. just wait i think -.-

ok then you need to kill some of the skellis i think. i asked a friend, and he said so too. Are you there atm?

just kill some of the Servants to make him spawn
