hi, i got a strage problem =)

i helped today a friend to move his living place from one to the other, at the moment i went away i just did /q ingame and went out of door.
A few hours later, i come back to my pc (was at char selection) and wanna go back into game select my char leig skald lvl 16 and press play.
I got timmed out where i thougt ok its normal restart the game and get a massage authentication server connection failed i should check my firewall so i set it off and retry, same problem, if i go into the loading screen i get there massage ur account has no accres to the game, wth is this now, i wasnt afk pl or afk lvling i was just afk at char selection

so basicly my question is now is me banned or is something wrong and if i am banned wtf for what pls hlp me

You do not get banned for afking on the char screen.

well i did allready restart pc and retry restart my router and retry idk what i could do more

next step for me would be wait until tomorrow and retry, if u say my acc isnt banned

i also get nowhere a massage i would be banned^^

well still the same the connection to the authentication server was terminated prematurely. Please chech your firewall settings (its set off after first time this massage)

at manage acc is also green arrow at acc repurtation so i really got no clue what to do more

btw everything else like browser steam bnet teamspeak work normal

Please use WinMTR to trace to the following addresses:

download.uthgard.net
server.uthgard.net

Additionally, please ensure that your firewall allows connections for uth.dll to those addresses. You may need to whitelist the process in your antivirus software as well. To test, you can temporarily disable your AV software to see if that helps.

av and firewall are both totally off allready^^ and idk what winmtr is but i will fast google it =)

well i made this winmtr now ith the 3 adresses at the 1st and the 3rd i got after my router 2 times no response, no idea why.
at the 2nd adress u gave me i get tons of no response at the list

no ideaa what i shall or can do^^

According to your trace, your computer cannot reacha the server. I suggest you contact your provider and provide them the same results.

well in first i will wait up to tomorrow and retry, i dont get it why all is fine every site everything but not ur authentication server not xD and this massage at loading my account has no accress to the game xD but i think its because i dont reach the authentication server well i will let u tomorrow know =) tyvm for fast response and have a good day =)

hmm now i just did try it once and it worked idk whats wrong xD btw i got forced to choose my realm new (all chars still there) =)
so problem resove by hisself/itself xD
