Epic quest stuck

Im on the warrior epic quest level 48 step 21 and it tells me to continue talking to the npc. I do and nothing changes. The quest journal always says keep talking, never changes. also the drops from the previous completed quests are still in my inventory.

I think you have finished level 48 quest and you are at the point where you get level 50 quest. Come back when you are level 50.
