An Error Has Occured and You Were Unable to Connect

I've been playing this server steadily for about a week and, without changing any settings or installing any programs, I am all of a sudden unable to connect to the Uthgard servers. When I click play on the launcher, it patches then goes into the main game loading screen which says "Connecting to Uthgard" in the top left corner. Once the load bar is filled, the screen flashes and it says:

"An error has occured and you were unable to connect. Hit ESC to exit game."

I reinstalled and patched the main DAOC game and the Uthgard launcher and it let me log in, once, but none after that. I just reinstalled the launcher alone and that does not fix it.

Do I really have to reinstall and patch the entire DAOC client every time I want to log in? Like I said, I have not altered any settings or installed any programs and this server was working great for the past week since I started playing. This error has come out of the blue and I'm not seeing it specifically in the forums.

Edit: I turned off my firewall and it still does not work.
