As the subjects indicates, I keep getting this error when I launch the Uthgard Launcher once I sign in. I have uninstalled the game completely and reinstalled 3x's with no help. Checked the permissions of the folders that has the location of the debug.log file (Documents/Electronic Arts/Dark Age of Camelot) and the file is not even present. I even tried to create an ansi file with the name debug.log using notepad in the folder and it does not work. I cleared all my cache and data store on both Explorer and Chrome and they still have the same error. I can log into the game on another computer with no issues but can't login on my primary computer. I have done several computer reboots before uninstall and right after reinstall of the game with no success. Pretty much at a lost. Any help would be great.

O.K., I have resolved my issue and boy do I feel slow atm. Turns out, the first place I should have looked was the last. My bitdefender Antivirus software was blocking access to the files and folders needed for the Uthgard program to operate. I disabled my bitdefender and the game launched right away. Now to figure out how to make both work at the same time /sigh. Hope this might help someone else in the future. /cheer.
