Was there at one point a message saying for sample
"Your debuff critically hit"

I tried it out on SM and would never know if I had crit rebuff or it.

Either the 2-300 spells i cast didn't crit, or it's not working or the message is supposed to be hidden.

Also, does this affect resist debuffs also?

I'd like to know it would maybe turn a 50% body rebuff into 60-70% maybe
