Hello,

i have a Problem with Lags. They are not from the connection, i'm conected via cable and its totaly stable.

I have made a video of the Lags.
first lag is a 0:17 and to the end there are some more.

As a new Member i am not allowed to post a link to the Video :-/

I can't see any special events that cause them.
Here is my Steup:
Windows 10
i5-6600k
16gb DDR 3200er
SSD 256GB
ATI RADAEON HD 7800
Radeon Software Version
ATI Driver 17.1.1
No Anti-Virus or Firewall installed.


If Any information is missing please tell me.

What can i do/try to get rid of those lags?

I can open a support ticket if a real problem on the route exists. But for that they want to see a WinMTR output of at least 1000 packets. So you can prepare that and if there is huge loss or delay on the way we can open a ticket."

It's helpful to know where you live and which ISP you have. Then PM the WinMTR 1000 packet run to Blue.

You need to contact your ISP! You have 78% packet loss!
