My transfer timer reset to later over night

Greetings there,
I transferred to alb on last Wednesday morning and the transfer completed yesterday at 10:35 (am). I played whole of yesterday night in Alb and when tried to log in today I got an error message saying:
Also got an error message in client "Your account has no access to this game." Then I thought to check the transfer timer, and for some strange reason it was reset so that it will finish today at 19:00.

They probably did a mistake when setting the current timers to end at 1 hour before the xp event tonight. Datetimes are annoying :/

Will reset all transfer timers to be effective now. That should solve it.

I had click xfer to alb from hib for next Tuesday. I read the initial post but not the recent update re realm xfer!
I was going to cancel the xfer back to alb anyway as was playing hib with friends especially over the weekend. Please can I get xferred back instantly as this was not player error. Many thanks, Act |

Just initiate realm transfer again. All transfers initiated until 18:00 CEST will be effective on 18:00 CEST.
