Hello, I need help with my lost house !

Yesterday I withdraw something about 2 P from the house merchant and got NO message to pay rent ! When I logged in this morning my house was gone ! I haven't got any message about house except of ... rent is pai
d for ...xxx weeks .....

I want it back ! Please check an reroll it or what ever ... It was a 10 P house with two vaults in it.

Good luck! If you have enough money in the lock box to pay your rent, it doesn't matter if the CM has money. Currently, it seems we don't get a warning if you don't have enough on the CM to pay the rent. I see that as a bug but the easy defense is to just keep at least two weeks of rent in the lock box.

The warning you get 24h before house rent is due ignores the CM completely for exactly the reason of withdraw risks. As it was mentioned in the news a probably better system for repossession is needed where you have a small grace period with just the door locked.

Da konnte gar keine Warnung gewesen sein, denn so gegen 20 h waren noch über 2 P im Haushändler !!! Die habe ich dann abgenommen und bin gegen 23 h ausgeloggt. Auch da gab es noch keine Warnung ! Und heute morgen um 7 war mein Haus verschwunden - das ist eindeutig ein Fehler im System !
Die ganzen letzten Wochen über habe ich einzig Meldungen darüber erhalten, dass meine Hausmiete für XXX Wochen sicher sei !

Ich habe keine Warnung erhalten und auch kein 'Condemned' Schild an der Tür gehabt!


Ich möchte darum bitten mir die 15 P zur Wiederherstellung zu erstatten und den Fehler zu beseitigen, damit es nicht
anderen auch so ergeht!

Sollte das nicht passieren, ist das game für mich sinnlos, da ich aus verschiedenen Gründen nur noch craften und handeln kann und die Verbindung zu Freunden aufrecht erhalten wollte.
Da ich jetzt nicht einmal mehr an meinen Händler komme, kann ich auch nichts mehr verkaufen und erhalte kein weiteres Geld.

The chat messages that your rent is safe for x weeks use the CM money. Condemned sign was not triggered as this uses the CM money too.

The new alert boxes in the last 24h on EACH login or zone change check for lockbox money only. These work, others will confirm that.

Sorry I dont understand this ! When @ 8 p.m. is more 2 P in the MC and u have 24 h to pay rent whether from lockbox or MC
why did my house vanish before 24 h have been elapsed ?

And I got on EACH login or zone change the message that my house IS SAFE ! Himmeldonnerwetter nochmal! U don't want to understand, don't you ?

Hello,

if I got it right, the new 24h warning message takes only the lockbox in account, not the cm money. Therefore I assume that you must have gotten this message on a regular basis cause you used cm money to pay your rent.

I just don't get why someone would take away all that money from the cm so that rent can't be paid anymore. I mean you know how much rent has to be paid and how much money you have on your cm.
It's not that difficult. But maybe I miss something here.

Raging on other people for something you did is no good way to get this issue solved.

It was said multiple times here that you should keep a little in the lockbox (which acts as a warning)

The CM money should be minimum 1 month rent...

It has happened that people/guild withdraw all money from CM and then lose house all of a sudden.

Some people lost 40plats house and could not get it back.

So what? I always keep at least 4 weeks rent in my lock box. But, just because other people use a different approach doesn't mean their houses should go poof without a warning message.

@Blue, can you restore Bea's house AND put in a better warning system? Thanks.

There is a warning message. You can always view the status of your rent and when it is due, regardless of how rent will be paid, using /house.

This house will not be restored. We do not correct player mistakes.

There is always a specific day and time of the week where your rent is due, irregardless of when you drop to 0 Gold in cm and lockbox. So if you have nothing in your lockbox and remove all remaining money from cm at tuesday 11:27 am and your rent is always due on tuesdays at 11:32 am your house will be gone within 5 minutes.

No bug or incorrent behaviour there, just the way the game has always worked. And frankly the warning messages protecting people from stupidity are even custom code by the Uthgard staff.

So quit raging and blaming, this is entirely on you.
