File length for DAOC_EUALA .txt differs after patching [is=1875,should be =55812]

I am getting the above when I try and install the Uthgard launcher.

Can anyone shed some light?

Did you follow the steps at https://www2.uthgard.net/howto ? You must download and install the official client first.
