Cannot dual log after being kicked from char screen

Hello. I was on the char select screen when I temporarily lost internet connection when switching from my wifi to my ethernet. When I clicked play, i was booted from that screen back to desktop since i was functionally link dead. I now cannot log back in since the game thinks I am already logged in. I am getting the *cannot dual log* error. how do i fix this? Thanks

open task manager, check for uth.dll*32 in processes. If is active, close it or try reboot your computer/laptop.
