Epic Ranger Step 18 doesen´t work

Hello ,

i have a Problem with my Epic Quest on step 18 i return the Corini Horn to Hag Madailein and get the Juwel but when i write the [horn reveals] from ´the Notice nothing happens. What can i do?

The Epic step is everywhere shown as lvl 47 epic but it is lvl 48 then it go on.
