We are a grp of friends that each have their own account all registered to the same mail server (personal webpage)

5 accounts in total what we have noticed has ben banned. Please check all Last login as people were not even logged on when they got banned. Only ONE player was playing at that time (Tosshox) wich got the Temp ban. Everyone's account says it's "Third party program" is the cause of ban. TWO guild members avoided ban, why? because they are on another mail server (to register account). So seems like whoever banned us just banned all with the same mail server

Accounts:
Norscman (permanent) - Last login ?? 1 week+
Hox (permanent) - Last login ?? 1 week+
Jinijinixientifyzor (permanent) - Last login ?? 1 week+
Hoxtoss (permanent) - Last login 24th
Tosshox (Temporary) - Was online when ban hit

All accounts got banned 26th June and Alcyon said "My colleague investigated the case and thus concluseviely saw third party tool usage, The ban will remain unchanged"

I stated that they were not even logged on and he links Hoxtoss LastLogin=24-06-2017 20:48:46 and says "Not a week is it?" He ignored the fact that i talked about others had been logged out for 1 week+ and avoided my questions further.

I clearified even more to him and he responded by going offline.
