account is temporarily suspendedand my account says its in g

I have not received an email and my account says its in good standings when I go to manage account can u please help

Or you can use task manager to kill Uth.dll sooner. The game thinks you're attempting to login two copies of Uthgard and that's not allowed. It will tell you that you "cannot launch multiple version". As for the suspension, please contact me or any GM in IRC directly.
