lost/destroyed item in epic

Hi
I lost/destroyed (my bad) an item in my minst epic (signet ring).
So I'm stuck at lvl 15 quest in it, though I'm 41 and planned to use several items of the quest in my template.
Can I get a little help from a GM ?

Have you tried /appeal in game?
