I put in an appeal and I do not know how gms can contact me if i wont log in til this person is banned.
I am a casual player on this server and joined the game because my daughter plays. I was in a guild that i joined from the beginning as my daughter was in that guild but she left for a pvp guild.

Meanwhile because of some sort of jeolous rage and one particular person is set to harrassing her and then started harrassing me after I hadnt even logged in to play for a few weeks I log in and get blasted with insults, I dont even know this person persay other than I asked around and this person has a very bad reputation.

I have been a good community player team member and guild member I spoke to the guild leader about the incidents and he said it wont happen again i spoke to this person. Well I went to say goodnight all and the guy and his friend both said very mean things like sleep forever and go join <removed>. I can provide the screenshots of the vile things this guy said to me while in the guild tonight and I am appalled that this young man is being allowed to stay on the server. Its absurd that I have to endure harassment and bullying for whatever reasons this guy has against my daughter .. assuming its jeolousy as she has spoken to to Alcyon about this person harassing her too. like jumping in front of her and training mobs on her group while in pvp . WHY is this allowed ?

Ill come right out and say it the guy is called <removed> and his friend is <removed>, both immature and they shouldnt have the privilege of playing on this server when they are harassing people. That is bullying. I have done nothing to this person never even spoke to them before and by association his hatred of my daughter is his and her deal not mine. For someone to tell you .. you spawned a toxic person you must be just as bad as her .. just out of the blue .. after when i first logged in he said i was my daughter trying to spy, or something and I said no ill go on teamspeak to prove it that i am not her im dee im not her.

I am not sure by posting here anything will be done and frankly if this is the way the server is going to be run by allowing bullys and people who are trouble makers to stay on, then I should just not play. Let the troublemakers run good people off. Pretty soon there will be only bad people left playing and another thing In a pm with the guild leader he said just ignore him and it wont happen again i spoke to him and when i was logging off i said goodnight all and it happened again right in front of the guild leader and he did nothing about it so i guess he caters to these kind of people.
I can kindly go its not the end of the world, and im not going to waste my time on that kind of behavior. That guild leader is called <removed> or <removed>. The guild is <removed>. I could not find an email on this site to mail any GM or support so i had to post the entire incident here. be happy to post the screenshots to a GM to deal with the issue once and for all. Thanks. Im sure they know how to contact me via my email. Im probably not going to hear anything from anyone but at least someone might see this and report incidents they have had with this immature person, too.

As for a frist step to resolve this you should, as you did, try to talk to the player(s) in question as well as his/her guild leader.

If this won't help or lead to any acceptable solution please /ignore the player(s) in question. This will remove any public or private messages from them in game.

If communication keeps happening outside the game e.g. in our official IRC channel please contact a staff member.

As for "jumping in from of you/her character" I don't see this as harassment.
Otherwise we would have hundreds of cases where a jumping player would harass someone.
In your/her case this is something you/her notices and is disturbed by since you/she had other experiences like chat with said player.

As for "pulling mobs to a player with the intend to kill/wipe them" this should be /appealed.

In general I suggest not to activly engage with the player in question. Even if already /ignored.

For personal matters please use /appeal or write any staff member using the forum PM system.
