Ellyl Windchasers not spawning in Snowdonia

E of Snow Keep there should be 6 or 7 that spawn, for some reason 4 of them are not spawning for the last couple days.

Danaoin clerks spawn at the house in Lyonesse also appears to be missing much of what it has had since the server launch. It looks like a 1/3rd of them have disappeared. Probably better as an issue tracker item though.
