Hey there :) i have a question regarding the rules. Both me and my wife wants to play on uthgard but i want to play mid and she wants to follow her guild on hib. Knowing that we can't play at the same time (only 1 pc at home) do we risk a ban ?

This would violate rule 2.7 and will get you both in trouble.
I suggest you talk with your wife about the realm you both want to play. Midgard or Hibernia.
