Timeout on Character Screen doesn't work

Happens to me when I forget to click "Quit" from the character screen. I'll stay logged in and be unable to login from another computer even after 12+ hours. Would be great if it either timed out normally after 30 minutes etc or if there was a way to kick myself out.

Start hitting quit when you think you'll be away for a while?

Just thought I would provide a simple solution or alt+tab and close the client that way.
