Does Wild Minion work? If so, does this mean the enchanter pet takes less xp and gives more to the chanter? Doesn't really matter if your 50? Or does it spread it out to the group?

I think you mean MInion Control?
Wild Minion = Increases chance for your pet to Crit
Minion Control = Lowers how much XP your pet takes
Both should work.
