I am not very good with Unbuntu total noob.

But is is possible to play daoc with it or not.

I read on here there is issues with the launcher.
used to work with Emulator WIne .

any computer wiz explain if it works and how hard it is setup.
and how i can get right command line with wine to open daoc exe first place. I failed at first step

I would join hibernina be active blade master I love pve as much as pvp.

I played on Excalbur between 2002 to 2005 as Avlonian Mercenary Twinbladez and a Cabalist Somethingaboutthepet in guild Knights who say Ni and many other alts in Albion and hibernina.

If i can not play on lynix and use daoc portal wine.


I could look to try get a Windows tower from UK to Germany but I have no car would have use ups or something.

I manged load daoc with wine on Ubuntu.

But youur launcher dose not work on lynix even with wine in windows 7 mode.

Should I try the daoc portal or am I wasteing my time.
