How to fix the UI?

I have never played this game and am very excited to get started, however, I would really like to get my UI nice and neat.
Does anyone know how to go about that? Really bugs me how it is currently. imgur.com/a/0kkoT (My UI currently)

It won't let me move that the long skinny bar in the middle of my screen.
