Duplicate Account with same adress mail

Friday, after disappearing the play button I was in the manage account. My account had disappeared, I recreated an account with the same email address.
After my characters disappeared, I am well connected to the same email address, but I have no more characters, and GM tell me that my characters are well. But for me the account is empty someone would have a solution? Sincerely Jeiri |

Most likely you just logged in with a different email by mistake. So please first try to log out and log in with the correct email.
If you can't remember what email you used, log into the game on this new blank account and make a /appeal. |
