not sure if this is the right place to ask this or report a problem , but in all my tests + AUGMENTATION on items doesn't increase the buffs - like they should .Tested with a shaman close to Lvl 50.

Scenario:
Used items on a shaman that give + 7 AUGMENTATION , after self buffing or buffing a other Lvl 50 character the stats are exactly the same with skill in Augmentation 40 (without + Aug items) or 40 + 7 (with + Aug items).

Did buff Dex and Dex/QUI and checked the stats.. not sure if it ha any effect if the item stats were already at max/ cap.

If I remember right (tested it some weeks ago, but I can't remember for sure):
+ Skill (Aug/Enhance) only effects base buffs up to 50 Enhance / Aug (composite, so 40+10 should be enough), not spec buffs (which you may have checked).

As I said, I am not entirely sure.

In my tests:

If a character is already caped in stats from items , then the plus Enhance / Aug items will have NO effect.

The only effect I noticed in plus Enhance / Aug buffs is:
When a character don't reach the stats cap (from his itmes) then the plus Enhance / Aug buffs increase the stats very little .

So using plus Enhance / Aug items to buff characters which have already caped stats will have NO effect.

Not sure if this is a bug or wanted.
