Looked around the forum to no avail. Having an issue where the Uthgard client won't connect to camelot. exe to patch files and launch game. I have . NET framework 4.6 or later and Visual C++ 2015 x86. Upon first installing both game clientside and patching then Uthguard launcher it prompted me to select destination of game. exe file as a launch platform for the Uthguard launcher. I did all that and it sent me to hit the play button on the website. Upon hitting play button it asks do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device and I hit Yes. Window goes away and nothing loads. Everything has admin permission as well.
I've uninstalled the launcher numerous times using iobit powerful scan to make sure no files are left behind and even uninstalled and reinstalled the game and patched files as well, but after first time setup it won't bring up the setup to select exe location again like it has that step memorized and won't clear. Nothing is working |

Did you try to resume the uth.dll in the ressource monitor?

uth.dll isnt showing in the resource monitor. Upon click play button I'm prompted with window "do you want to allow this app to makes changes to your device" (patcher client). Shown details Program location "C:\Electronic Arts\Dark Age of Camelot\camelot.exe" uthgard://login/AAAAkCMAEQA.fPmyWAAAAAA ... Pc_IDd0tas, I click yes and nothing happens. Camelot.exe shows in resource monitor though, but can't resume. No firewall blocking it either, it was added to windows defender exceptions. It worked for me last year without a hitch, but since then I replaced most of my pc components and hard drive. So I had to freshly install.

Issue resolved. Even though exceptions were added in firefox, it was still blocking the launchers. Note to others, do not use Firefox to launch the Play button if you are having similar issue. Loaded up explorer and its patching now.
