EPIC quest necro level 15 - Elrigh not found in loc

Hi,
I can't found Elrigh for the quest "Rebellion accepted" Step 2... Please, help me |

Elrigh is not at his site. The quest is impossible to do

I don't believe he was at the exact loc listed on beastary sites.
I found him by a rock just a bit east of his listed loc on sites. He does spawn only at night. |

Elrigh roam between Th first floor of Snowdonia station and Ludlow, just be patent on the first floor of snowdonia station and you found it.

He is traveling between Ludlow Inn (1st floor) and Snowdonia Station (1st floor). If he's not on the way, he should be in either of these locations, though not enjoying the ale seemingly.

Just FYI, I waited a whole Daoc-Day(1h) in Snowdonia Station for the NPC to come and get his beer. In the end, I rode to Ludlow and he was in its Inn, in the first floor. Dont know if it is always the case, but for me, he was not moving and just standing in the Ludlow pub. So it may be wise to have a look at Ludlows pub first.
