My epic Entry into Tomrrow somehow got broken. The NPC prompted me for the wrong step and now I'm stuck on the weird step.

I have the quest dialog "Seek out the terror known as Brodic ... " which prompts me to slay Brodic. I have killed him three times and not gotten credit -- I've tried going back and clicking Guard Dillon again and then repeating the steps the quest requires as if I had them but it didn't get unstuck.

Is there a way to reset it or push me past this step? Its been broken for a week now and I really need to get past this.
