Clarification on Rules and ban policy

If you indeed hate banning players, then you can do one simple thing:
Make an adjustment to the rules so it says something like "the usage of cheats, 3d party tools etc. in general and not just in relation to the game". There are still people playing this game that dont read the forums and dont know that simply having a tool open that can be seen as a cheating tool by a GM, can get them banned even if they never attempted to use it on Uthgard. Dont remove suspensions, dont say you made a mistake, just clarify the rules. Also theres still no way for someone to see the duration of his suspension. Maybe you should give the option to a user to recieve a perma ban so that he can make new account (from what I read on another thread, its within the rules). Suspending someone who had a lvl 20 char and was caught having a tool open (not cheating) for a month, makes no sense. |

No need to spoon feed. people should be making it very clear and going out of their way to make sure they don't get banned. Those clearly doing the right thing have nothing to worry about. No need to clarify the rules you guys are finding anything and everything in it pick on.
Don't want to get banned don't cheat. if you're not sure if what your doing is cheating? It probably is. it's easy to know when you're doing the right thing Sent from my SM-G925R4 using Tapatalk |

There only needs to be two rules:
1. Don't be an ass 2. Don't cheat Which comes down to play nice and play fair. Yes, there could be dozens of pages explaining (with examples) what these rules mean. But, that won't change people. Some folks look to have an unfair advantage. And, most people wouldn't read all those explanations anyway. |

Having a program open gets you banned is just laughable. But well their ****** so their rules I guess.

When I played Live and Uthgard, I knew very well not to have the macro hot-key program open when I played on Uthgard.
I did not even dare opening Uthgard using Mojo. Albion and having fun
