Stuck with Quest Regal Nobililty Necro Epic 25

Hello I am stuck with the Necro epic quest liv 25, at step 3 it said to me to kill a bwgan hunter , but after I killed it, I dropped the quest item that I should give to Twr Ap Alsing so now I can't cancel the quest and killing again a bwgan hunter doesn't give me any quest Item!

Now I am stuck at step 4 if I talk to Twr Ap Alsing he keeps asking me for a proof.

Please make an /appeal in game. However, please keep in mind sometimes we are either not available or very busy.
