Keybinds resetting upon zoning or logging in/out

As stated, my keybinds reset everytime I zone or login or out of the game.

/keyboard keybinds reset and then my /qbinds will no longer override the default /keyboard keybinds.

Does anyone know a solution to this? Yes, I am using the /quit function and not CTRL ALT DEL out of the game.
