I set a realm transfer from Mid to Alb but canceled it, but the timer is still progressing. Can I make another transfer request or do I have to wait for that timer to finish first? Now I have to wait 2 weeks to transfer?

Just delete all your mid characters. logout and back in and you'll be at realm selection screen. There is no delay to switch realms unless you want to have characters on more than one realm.

Yeah that's one option.
I just wanted clarification on how the transfer works, though, in case I decide to use it.
