How to set ingame option of camera?

I need set one option, dont know its name. It causes, when you pan camera, camera will slowly comes back to front view, when you move.
It is rly annoying for me, i am used to pan around and sometimes watch some part of surroundings when run somewhere. Btw I use Bobs UI. Thx for help |

On bobs ui, on the large bar that contains EXP, Money, etc, click on Menu on the right and then video options. It should be there (Snap Camera or something). Currently no access to a pc to verify but thats roughly where you find it.

 It is in video seting, and its called snapback. |
