So I have installed and reinstalled the game client and Launcher and followed the directions the best i could. However, the launcher does nothing when I click play. I don't know if I am early and the server wont work for me because it isnt live to the public or I have set it up wrong. Can anyone tell me if they are having this issue?

I have the same issue here. I run Win 10. Whenever I start the launcher, via PLAY button or manually, the uthgard.exe seems to crash immediately with a WerFault.exe.
These are the Error Events from the Windows Log:
I don't know much about .NET but the exit code seems to point to an issue with garbage collection. Currently I cannot connect to Uthgard ![]() uwu ~ orz

Please make sure to install the correct .NET framework version. Also try to completely re-install .NET. That internal error is nothing that would be normal. It sounds like your .NET installation is corrupted.
It's done when it's done. Thanks for your patience.

Ok, I tried to get rid of the .NET framwork. But it seems to be an integral part of Win 10. You have options to remove parts but you cannot get rid of it in total from what I learned so far. I did that and reinstalled all the components via the Windows Features, no effect.
I also downloaded a .NET verification tool from https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/astebn ... ers-guide/. The Log files tells me there are no issues, but it mostly seems to check for a list of files and regestry keys. I am unsure what destroyed the thing for me, the only major update that went on my machine since 2nd December is the KB3201845. If you have anything else I could try, please let me know. p.s.: maybe this issue is relevant: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3181958 maybe also the change to the return value and exception behavior in RSACng.VerifyHash On Win10 I have the 4.6.2 clr.exe and there seems to be no way to downgrade. uwu ~ orz
