loggin problem!

Hello!
I had a problem when trying to enter the server I get a message saying "render creation failed" I would not know if they could help me and I tried to reinstall but I would not know what else to do because I can not log in. thanks

Make sure direct X and your graphic card drivers are updated.

I have a graphical nvidea geforce card and when I try to install denuevo from the direct x it tells me that it is already installed

You need to reinstall your graphics driver and direct X. If it tells you it is already installed -> uninstall -> reinstall.
