it says unhandled exception in bootstrapper???

what does that even mean... did i just forget a step or something?

it still isn't working but i think that it might have something to do with the install of the launcher.. it says i need to install some 4.6 version of something from microsoft and when i click to download it, it says that it couldn't because it couldn't judge the length of content... does that make any sense and is that the problem?
