Actually the answer would be: Yes. the enchanter pet-lines will be fixed ;)
About when, Pirith gave the best fitting answer. As attentive forum reader
I can only give you the following infos about the "when":

Afaik blue is currently coding the Theurgist pets. In the patchlogs you can read
that ice- and wind-line pets are now implemented without their special abilities
(wind=stun / ice=DD).
I guess they are currently searching for informations/are testing how often these
pets perform their special ability.

After Theurg stuff is done, blue mentioned in another topic that Hibernia will
be the next realm to get a pet class fixed. I assume it will be the enchanter,
because by implementing the enchanter pets, you automatically implement
Spiritmaster and Cabbalist pets. These 3 classes get summoning spells at
lvl1, 7, 12, 20, 32 with the only difference in special abilities which can be
added over the time.

When this is done I guess blue will face the more difficult to implement petclasses
like Animist, Bonedancer and Necromancer.

With regards
Sethor

Midgard: Nothing atm
Albion: Nothing atm
Hibernia: suxx ^^

What I can say is, I'm waiting for our other staff member with live access to roll up some more pet tests with me (currently he is very busy with school). After the elementals got their special abilities, its way more easy to implement other pets as well. You know the first time is the most difficult.
