Unable to Download Uthgard Setup *RESOLVED*

When I try to download uthgard.setup.exe, it goes to a page where it says

This site can’t be reached

The connection was reset.


Also, when I try to right click and "save link as..." for the setup on the server, it says in my downloads bar "Failed - Network error"


Edit: Nevermind, I fixed it. My antivirus software refused to allow me to download the exe, and also didn't tell me that it was refusing to allow me to download the exe.
